Part Time Office Administrator
Start: April (or sooner)
Hours: 8+ hours per week
Sulphur Point, Tauranga
 
Our client is a Property Management company who are looking for an Administration person to join their small team on a permanent part time basis, to answer phones, respond to general enquiries, take messages, keep office clean and tidy, manage database and do data entry, filing and company newsletters.
 
Some of the key attributes they are looking for are:
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Fast data entry and typing speed
  • Good spelling and grammar, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ideally you will have experience with ‘REST’ Property Management software system or knowledge of getting around similar CRM systems
  • Experience uploading photos and content into newsletters and online
  • An excellent attitude to work, where no task is too great or too small
  • Great customer service skills and well presented for working in a professional office environment, sometimes dealing with property owners and tenants.
  • Flexible to take on more hours and cover holidays and sick days
 
This role would suit an experienced office administrator available for 8 hours of work a week, ideally half days on a Tuesday and Wednesday, although this could be flexible to work in around your other commitments. This is an ongoing role so please only apply if you are available for those hours and possibly more on an ongoing basis.
