Dear Job Seeker,
Have you looked over your CV with a fresh eye recently to see what an employers perception will be of you?
Are you truly satisfied that it is accurate, 100% mistake free, describes your work history in full, with no unexplained gaps, gives a complete rundown for each role on the type of business you worked for, the skills you used and your responsibilities, achievements and reasons for leaving?
Is your Resume in an easy to read, current format, with up to date information and in the right order? Does it bring the relevant data to the readers attention or are you losing them with waffle?
Does it clearly define to the reader who you are, what you are looking for and what you can do for them?
Or are you just leaving it to chance, hoping someone will read between the lines, overlook the inaccuracies and the bad form?
And how's that been working for you?
Reality check!! Everybody needs a CV overhaul at some stage in their lives. Is it time for yours?
