URGENT! New Administration/Scheduler JOB

Administration Assistant / Scheduler
Tauriko, Tauranga
Part Time 
Temp up to 3 Months

Our engineering / manufacturing client Domett Truck & Trailers is looking for a part time temp who can work around 20-25 hours per week between 9.00am and 2.30pm, Monday to Friday for approximately 3 months.
 
This is more than just an administration role. We are looking for someone with experience in using a scheduling program for planning jobs on the basis of available resources.
 
If you meet the below criteria and are available to start now in this temporary position then we need to hear from you today to be considered!
 
About the Role:
·      General administration duties to assist the Factory Manager
·      Experience with documenting processes and policy
·      Experience producing reports in excel
·      Assist in setting up scheduling program
 
To be successful in this role you will:
·      Be highly analytical and detail focused
·      Have advanced computer skills in MS Excel and MS Word.
·      MS Project knowledge would be an advantage or a similar programme
·      Able to fit into an engineering environment in both the office and out on the floor
·      Ideally come from a building or manufacturing background with 60 staff or more and been involved with planning their resource allocation.
