We are seeking a Customer Services Administrator for Nova Energy's Tauranga office.
Nova Energy is part of the Todd Corporation, which has been one of New Zealand's leading energy explorers and producers for around 60 years. More than 100,000 Kiwi businesses and homes have switched to Nova and saved on their energy bills. Nova's electricity generation utilises a diverse range of renewable hydro, geothermal energy and clean-burning natural gas facilities.
Reporting to the Customer Services Supervisor the purpose of this role is to provide customer and office administration services and support, ensuring that the office and showroom run smoothly and efficiently, following company procedures and policies, dealing efficiently with customer enquiries, problem solving where required and looking after all administration requests and database changes for new and existing LPG customers.
