Accounts, Administration and Dispatcher Role
Full Time, Permanent
The Lakes, Tauriko, Tauranga
$40K-$45K negotiable
Import and Distribution Company

The ideal candidate will have skills and experience in the following areas:
  •  Accounts payable and receivable
  • Previous experience with Accredo preferred but not essential (MYOB, Quickbooks, Xero experience would be okay)
  • Proficient in Office, Excel, Word & Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • General administration duties
  • Reception/customer service / dealing with Reps and Suppliers
  • Credit Card and Fuel Card statements/reconciliation 
  • Invoicing, processing and dispatching orders with our warehouse team
  • Must have an awesome open minded attitude, keen to pick up a variety of tasks and flexible to step outside job description when required, love a good challenge and willing to grow and learn with the role
