TRAINING, SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Customer Service / Call Centre / Sales Representative / Trainer 
Full Time, Permanent
Katikati, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty

Are you an experienced and results driven Sales Person? Are you up early in the mornings and amped to get started? Does selling innovative products to a niche international market and providing technical training to users appeal to you? Are you the type of person who can sell through all channels -  call centres, email, on the phone, in person at training sessions, workshops and local and international trade shows?

This position is responsible for selling products to dental professionals globally from the Rhondium Call Centre located in Katikati; maintaining and expanding business with existing customers and opening accounts for new customers. The role also involves training dental clinicians and assistants to use the OVC and other dental equipment products, attending trade shows/events and representing the company at product launches.

To be successful in this role you are a:
  • Self motivated, high-performing, results driven salesperson with outstanding skills generating new business / expanding existing accounts.
  • Can demonstrate broad and solid strengths in building rapport, through consultative presentations and providing technical training.
  • Previous experience in the dental or medical device industry and existing dental industry relationships would be advantageous.
  • Computer literacy and ability to maintain accurate and thorough records of sales calls and account activity is an essential component of this role.
  • Commercially astute with the ability to monitor market and customer base changes along with key competitor activity.
  • Able to effectively use analytical tools and software applications to make an action plan for training and sales calls and managing territory accounts.
  • Exceptional multitasking, time management and organizational skills
  • Available for early morning starts to catch the US market and to travel both locally and overseas when required.
  • English must be fluent as dealing with NZ and US customers by phone
  • Flexible to step outside your job description and adaptable to change to meet the needs of the position.
