NEW JOB - Part-time Office Administrator

PART-TIME OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Permanent Part-Time
20-25 Hours per week
The Lakes, Tauriko, Tauranga

Kliptank are an innovative company based in Tauranga who specialise in tank storage solutions for rural and industrial applications. They are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to assist the Purchasing and Finance Coordinator and the Sales Coordinator in performing their roles.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assisting in the day to day management of the company accounts including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, credit card bills, invoice processing, maintaining finance filing systems and Time Sheet and Payroll processing
  • Assisting Sales Coordinator in processing of sales including completion of Building Consents, written communication and invoicing
  • Working with the installation team and service technician to ensure programmed work is scheduled, completed and signed off

Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Experience with Quickbooks, or Xero accounting systems to a high level
  • Experience with Ace Payroll or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Ability to multi-task and work with all levels of the business from manufacturing to sales, installation and management
  • Knowledge of working with councils and the processing of building consents would be an advantage
  • Good organisational and planning skills with an adaptable 'can do' attitude
  • Full drivers license
  • Experienced in Health & Safety processes
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • Able to work up to 25 hours per week
