A position has become available for an experienced Accounts and Office Administrator to join our clients team, working alongside the Office Manager on a part time, permanent basis. This role involves general office administration responsibilities, accounting duties, some customer liaison and filling in for the Office Manager, whilst she is on holiday for four weeks of the year. It is a varied role with lots of scope to step up and make a contribution.
This is a great opportunity as the hours are flexible to fit in with school hours as well as school holidays!

  • Previous experience dealing with company accounts through to P&L stage
  • Familiarity with MYOB or similar Accounting Software
  • Ideally with some accounting qualifications
  • Experience in an office administration position
  • Highly computer literate with advanced skills in all MS Office applications, specifically with MS Excel spreadsheeting
  • Excellent phone manner and good customer service skills
  • Full current Drivers License and reliable transportation to get to work
  • Strong organisation skills and problem solving capability
  • Experience working within a team in an administration capacity
  • Ability to step up into an Office Manager role whilst covering leave and flexibility to work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for four weeks of the year.
