We are seeking a Dispatcher for Nova Energy's Tauranga Office. Reporting to the Dispatch Supervisor, the purpose of this role is to ensure effective and efficient operation, dispatch and invoicing of deliveries and associated tasks of the Nova LPG RCC and Touchstar in-cab delivery systems.

The Dispatch role itself is desk-based, with task and process driven responsibilities including accurate handling and processing of all incoming and outgoing order documentation, processing orders and dispatching deliveries. We are looking for a friendly person who will fit into a small office environment, within a large organisation and work well within a cohesive team. The successful person will be able to work a rostered shift Monday to Friday (hours are rostered between 7.30am and 6.30pm) plus 1-2 Sundays per month and they must be flexible to put in extra time when required.

This is a fixed term 6-7 month maternity leave cover starting as soon as possible and working full time (apart from stat holidays) over the next few months, so will not suit someone who has holidays booked.
